Cloud Security Center (CSC) is Tencent Cloud's one-stop security management platform. It helps users achieve a closed-loop security operation through the asset center, risk center, alert center, and advanced security management, enabling pre-threat detection, in-process response and fixing, and post-event traceback analysis, resolving security issues with a single click.
The CSC APIs covered in this chapter are all API 3.0 APIs.
You can call APIs to perform operations on CSC, such as querying Cloud Asset Management, security checks, and multi-cloud and multi-account management.
For all APIs supported by CSC, please refer to the API overview (https://www.tencentcloud.com/document/product/296/19825?from_cn_redirect=1).
For common terminology of CSC API interface, see the table below:
| Term | Description |
|---|---|
| Asset Center A module that manages cloud assets in a unified way, including hosts, containers, public IP addresses, domain names, networks, data, and other cloud resources. | |
| Vulnerability and risk center shows the risk data of existing assets and supports detection of risk types including vulnerability risk, port risk, weak password risk, risk service exposure, cloud resource configuration risk, host and container baseline risk. | |
| Alert Center | An integrated feature for centralized monitoring and analysis of cloud security threats. It aggregates alarms from sources such as Cloud Security Center, Host Security, Container Security Service, Cloud Firewall, and Web Application Firewall. Based on the ATT&CK framework, it performs alert correlation analysis to achieve unified security threat detection and management, helping users quickly identify and handle potential security risks. |
| Multi-cloud and multi-account management supports multi-cloud (Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.) and group-level multi-account unified management, enabling cross-cloud security control and group-level security management, and uniformly managing the business security protection status and risk information of cloud-based services. |
-For version function differences of Cloud Security Center, please refer to the billing overview (https://www.tencentcloud.com/document/product/664/90344?from_cn_redirect=1).
-For specific parameter limits, refer to the parameter descriptions in each API document.
You can use the API Explorer tool to call APIs online.
This document takes group account inquiry as an example to introduce the steps for calling an API through the API Explorer tool.
