A single personal identity can be used to verify up to 3 Tencent Cloud accounts. Once this limit is reached, you cannot perform further identity verification. If you need to verify a new account, you must first cancel or change the verified identity of the existing account(s) associated with that identity.
A single set of enterprise identity information (enterprise name/business license) can be used to verify up to 10 accounts by default. If the number of verified accounts is insufficient for your business needs, please contact your account manager for assistance.
Does a Sub-Account Require Identity Verification After the Root Account Is Verified?
If a root account creates a sub-account, the sub-account inherits the root account's identity verification information and does not require separate identity verification.
How to Choose an Identity Verification Method
Identity verification methods include individual identity verification and enterprise identity verification. The details are as follows:
Individual users can submit their ID card/passport, driver's license, or work permit from the account registration region to complete individual identity verification.
Enterprise users can submit valid business registration documents from the jurisdiction where the account is registered to complete enterprise verification.
Verification is typically completed within 2-4 business days.

You cannot purchase or use cloud services in the Chinese mainland region.
You cannot apply to become a Tencent Cloud partner.
You cannot apply for online self-service invoicing.
What to Do If Personal or Enterprise Information Is Stolen and Used for Tencent Cloud Account Identity Verification?
1. Protect your personal/enterprise information. Do not purchase or register accounts from any platform or channel other than the official Tencent Cloud platform or Tencent Cloud-authorized agents, as doing so may lead to information leakage.
3. If you need to deactivate a specific account, you can initiate the account deactivation yourself after recovering and logging into the account.
How Many Times Can Tencent Cloud Account Identity Verification Be Modified?
There is no limit on the number of identity verification modifications.

You can change your account's identity verification again only 30 days after completing the previous verification.

If you have completed identity verification, you do not need to verify again. You can check your verification status on the Identity Verification page.
