Note:
In the following scenarios, a member cannot directly withdraw from its organization:
The group administrator does not allow the member to withdraw from the organization through settings.
The member must first contact an administrator. The administrator can then allow the member to withdraw from the organization or remove the member from the organization using the management account. For details, see Viewing Member List and Basic Information or Removing Organization Member.
The member was created by a group administrator and has no security information bound.
You must first bind security information to the member and then remove the member. For details, see Binding Security Information for Members.
The member's payment mode is pay-on-behalf.
You must first set a Payment Methods and bind a payment card for the member, and then change the payment mode to self-pay before removing the member. For details, see Viewing Member List and Basic Information. For the specific conditions for exiting pay-on-behalf, see Pay-on-Behalf Mode Access Requirements.
The member is a delegated admin account.
You must first revoke the member's delegated admin account role and then remove the member. For details, see Managing Delegated Admin Account.
The member is a shared resource admin account.
You must first delete the resources that the member has shared with other accounts in Resource Sharing, and then remove the member. For details, see Deleting Shared Units.
