Scenarios
Through integration configuration, chatbots of WeCom, DingTalk, and Lark can be seamlessly integrated with Cloud Log Service (CLS) to receive alarm notifications. You can also integrate a custom API with CLS, and this API will be automatically called when an alarm is triggered. In this way, integration with third-party systems is achieved, for example, automatically creating a ticket in a ticketing system when an alarm is triggered.
Operation Steps
2. In the left sidebar, choose Monitoring Alarm > Integration Configuration to go to the integration configuration management page.
3. Click Create and fill in the following information on the Create Integration Configuration page:
Name
Type: Support callback via WeCom, DingTalk, Lark, and custom webhooks.
Webhook: Support WeCom, DingTalk, Lark chatbot address or custom API address.
Lark chatbot configuration method: For details, see Using Bots in Groups. Among them, it is recommended to use signature verification for security settings. If you need to use a custom keyword, use the fixed keywords in the content template, and do not use variables. Private key: configurable for DingTalk and Lark chatbots.
Request method: configurable for custom webhooks, supporting POST and PUT. The request information (request header and request body) for a custom webhook should be configured in the Notification Content Templates. 4. Click OK to save the configuration.
