Scenarios
IDSEC provides 50 free SMS messages to each tenant by default. After the free quota is exceeded, the platform suspends sending SMS messages to the tenant. This affects SMS testing in the console and SMS OTP authentication source login on the portal. To ensure normal business operations, an administrator must configure SMS templates to provide the service for sending SMS messages for platform businesses.
Configuring SMS Template
1. Log in to the IDSEC console, and click Personalization Setting > Template Setting > SMS message template in the left sidebar. 2. On the SMS Templates page, click Edit in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. On the Edit page, configure the parameters for SMS service configuration and SMS template configuration respectively, and then click OK.
Note:
Parameters for different SMS service configurations vary. Currently, the platform only supports Tencent Cloud SMS service, and support for configuring other SMS services will be added later. The following are the required parameters for configuring Tencent Cloud SMS service.
